The Children’s Museum of Southeastern Connecticut: where discoveries are made & fun just happens! It’s a hands-on, interactive, educational experience for the children in your life. Become a scientist in the Discovery Lab and a fishmonger in the kid-size Seaside Village where you can even build your own boardwalk. Crawl into an Egyptian pyramid or prepare a meal in Mexico when touring the Global Village. Don’t miss the fun experiments in the Science & Discovery Room. Outside, climb inside an authentic 2-person research submarine or visit the giant sand pit with kid-size excavation tools. Play in the water space, make music with giant instruments and get your footing on our kid’s climbing wall. You can’t miss the huge, 3-story, kid-designed tree fort! Indoor and outdoor exhibits are designed to accommodate children of all abilities.
