The Spa at Norwich Inn is located on an expansive 42 acre property in the woodlands of eastern Connecticut. We are an intimate overnight retreat and home to an elegant full-service spa, fitness center and a gourmet restaurant. We are proud to have been named Best Pampering Spa in New England in YANKEE Magazine for 2009 and 2010, In Connecticut Magazine’s Hall of Fame as “Best Day Spa in Connecticut” after being voted the winner 10 years in a row and Voted "Best Destination Spa " by Connecticut Magazine's Best Of Awards 2009 -2012.
Accommodations: There are 98 rooms total varying from 49 rooms in the Georgian-style inn and 49 studio condominium villas. All rooms have complimentary WIFI, in room safes, CD player with alarm clock, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. Rooms in the main inn are smoke free and come with spa robes. ADA compliant rooms are also available. Villas come with kitchenettes, living rooms with fireplaces, and both smoke free and smoking rooms available.
Spa: With thirty-seven treatment areas, the Spa at Norwich Inn offers a wide selection of services, including massages, facials, body wraps, body scrubs, energy services, manicures, pedicures, waxing, make0up services, and a full hair salon. There are also specialized treatments especially designed especially for our The Spa at Norwich Inn guests. We are consistently adding new services to keep our spa menu of treatments exciting for our guests. Besides booking services a la carte, we offer a variety of weekday day spa packages that should fit into anyone's budget!
Fitness: We have a complete selection of fitness classes that will accommodate all levels of experience. Choose from Yoga classes, Pilates, CardioScuplt, Zumba and many more. For those that that prefer to work out on their own, we have a full service fitness center available to all guests plus one on one sessions with a personal trainer. The Spa at Norwich Inn also offers two Har-tru tennis courts. They are available for individual play or during the summer we have lessons available with our tennis pro.
Restaurants: Kensington’s Restaurant serves freshly prepared cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer outdoor dining on our Terrace Deck memorial Day through Labor Day weather permitting. Ascots Pub’s Pub with its pine paneling , multiple TV’s and fireplace is a great place to relax, socialize and grab a quick bite. The Juice Bar service slight fare in the spa and makes fantastic smoothies!
