Indie film and video fest. The rules are the same as the main art show: no judge, no jury, no fees,and no censorship! Everything gets a screening.
The big event will be held at The Exchange Bar and Grill immediately across from the Hygienic Art Galleries on Bank Street on Saturday, January 28 from 4 to 9pm.
