Description
Autumn is a time of plenty, and in this class we will prepare a special harvest meal using seasonal foods and historic cooking methods. We will make a savory soup over the fire, roast meat in the reflector oven, bake apples, churn butter and even press our own cider. Ginger cake with whipped cream will be a delicious ending to this harvest feast. $50 members; $60 members-to-be.
