The Silver Circle Gallery in Putnam, CT is proud to announce the upcoming exhibit “Textural Triad: Mosaic, Encaustic, and Fiber. The show consists of 5 artists who respectively work in mosaics, encaustics and fiber. Debora Aldo, Jennifer Davies, Cynthia Fisher, Alison Golder, and Pamela Stratton create works with complex layers of materials and surfaces that both tell stories and serve as an imprint of history. The pieces poetically draw the viewer in to reveal the subtleties of how each medium uses texture to express the artist’s vision in an intriguing way.
